1. The principle of work

     The air after filtered and heated,the temperature reaches 80 ~ 300 °C (adjustable).the material put into the hopper, by the screw feeder evenly put into the dry tube and contact with hot air flow,and form process mainly by convect to exchange the heat, and finally reach the products' drying requirements. Through the dry tube,the gas and solid mixture,first pass the cyclone separator to recycling materials, then pass the bag dust collector to separate the powder (under 500 section, the recovery can be reached 99%), waste gas through the draught fan to evacuate.

2. Product features

   high dry strength,thermal efficiency,and large handling capacity.

   short drying time, apply to thermal sensitive material.

   Material less contact with the outside, cannot be polluted,high quality.

   Simple structure, small volume, convenient operation.

3. Application example

   Inorganic: sodium hydrosulfite, white carbon black, manganese dioxide,sodium fluosilicate, activated carbon, copper sulfate, borax, sodium metabisulfite,dicalcium phosphate , potassium chloride,barium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, quartz sand, titanium white.

  Food and feed additive: starch, calcium phosphate, glucose, lactic acid calcium.

  Organic matter: benzoic acid, oxalic acid, sodium acetate, sulfanilic acid, amino salicylic acid, anthraquinone -1-,sulfonic acid ammonium salt,sebacic acid, sulfanilamide, pentaerythritol, isophthalonitrile, chlorinated polyethylene, calcium citrate, cyanuric acid,triazine ,bisphenol s, 1- nitroanthraquinone.high polymer: pp resin, Corvic,chlorination.

  Chemical auxiliaries: vesicant Ac, diatomite, activated clay.

  Medical: aminopyrine,analgin, aspirin, acetaminophen,phenacetin, tetracycline.

4. Applicable range

pneumatic drying mainly dry powder or granular material, the particle size does not exceed 1 mm,because of operating gas velocity is high, dry time is short, generally applied in evaporating the material's surface water's drying process

pneumatic drying according to the materials' shape and characteristics can be divided into straight tube pneumatic dryer, pulse pneumatic dryer, cyclone pneumatic dryer, belt dispersive pneumatic dryer, belt smash pneumatic dryer, tail gas circulated pneumatic dryer, twin-stage pneumatic dryer.
